Do you keep all the baits stocked in store?

In order to get the freshest bait possible we do not not hold vast quantities of bait at MAB HQ, all of our baits contain active ingredients, so we roll each batch fresh and ship directly.

What is the turnaround time of the bait?

The turnaround time is usually 7 days from ordering to delivery. If it's during busier periods or for bigger orders, please allow a few days beyond this. Our team is working at MAX effort to ensure you get your order on time everytime and as fresh as possible.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Can I collect my order or is it shipping only?

Collection is by appointment only, however, we ship across the UK via overnight courier.

What courier company do you use?

We use In-Express to carry out our deliveries via overnight courier.

Do you have products in any shops?

We currently stock products at 4 locations. Paignton Tackle and Bait, Plymouth Angling Centre, Serenity Coarse Fishery, Venton Lakes and Newbarn Farm Angling Center.

What happens if my order is damaged?

If you receive your order and you notice damage upon receipt from the courier, please ask the courier to witness you open the package to inspect the damage and then immediately get into contact with our team at MAX HQ, who will resolve the issue immediately.

How many hookbaits are in one pot?

Each pot contains 40 bespoke hand rolled hookbaits.

Can I add a booster to my hookbaits?

Yes, although each hookbait is produced to give maximum attraction, there are hook bait boosters available to give them that extra kick.

How long do the shelf life baits last?

We recommend using all your baits within 6 months from purchase, as with anything of good quality fresh ingredients, we want to ensure you get the best possible results from all your baits.

Are all the liquids and oils PVA friendly?

Yes, all of our Liquids are PVA friendly, including the Turbo Juice.

What size baits can you make?

Our full range of feed baits are available in 12mm to 30mm. Anything above 20mm is made to order.
