A lifelong passion for fishing, from childhood on the River Chelmer to founding Max Attract Baits, driven by dedication, quality, and an uncompromising ethos shaped by 30+ years of angling.

The obsession began trotting a stick float down the river Wharf for chub, this soon saw me into the matches and onto the commercials. An inquisitive mind, and a passion for the technical side of fishing, threw me into the world of carp. And here we are, no passion lost 20 years later.

I started with Max and i have gained full confidence in the baits very quickly, quality has beaten quantity, whilst putting carp health at the top of the list of priorities. Now the social media assistant, I'm excited to continue my journey with the team.

I began fishing at 12, focusing on carp from farm ponds to Broadlands Lake. Living near Nutsey, one season saw a capture of four 40lb carp, including one with my son. Max Attract baits have excelled across various waters for me from local clubs, busy day tickets and European venues, both public and commercial.
